I have known Bipin Pandit for the last 15 years. I met him first time in the year 1994 at the The Advertising  Club, Bombay where I have been associated as an Auditor. Bipin had joined The Ad Club as General Manager. Though our relationship then was very formal, as ??uditor-Client?? but over a period of time it turned very informal and personal. All through the years of my inter action with him, I have found Bipin to be very hard working and committed to his responsibilities, whether in official capacity or in personal relationships. I found him to be a great motivator who could carry people with him to achieve all goals and everybody associated with him also reciprocated to his demands without any inhibitions. His knowledge of the industry he is associated with and also in general is very vast and wide, which he is a great asset to him in fulfilling his multifarious roles. He is also open to continuous learning from experts, which only adds to his already vast and all round knowledge base.
