I have known Bipin Pandit for almost a decade now. I have seen him at work in various roles – As the Secretary and ‘Chief Doer’ of the Ad Club of Bombay. – As the key organiser of the Ad Asia in Jaipur, which was a humungous event. – As a compere and performer at entertainment/music shows. Over a period of time, I have see him as an organiser, manager, enthusiastic project leader and more. As a member of the mancom of the Ad club of Bombay, I saw him work at close quarters. I was impressed by his meticulousness, punctuality, managerial ability, enthusiasm, energy and a tremendous ‘can-do’ spirit. If the mancom achieved its goals for that term, the lion’s share of the credit ought to go to Bipin for the seamless, effective and result-oriented way, in which he ran the secretariat. Bipin is also a humane, sensitive and considerate person, ever concerned with the welfare of his team as well. Quick to give credit where it is due, he has the bigness to appreciate the work of others too. A multi-faceted person, who I am sure will keep doing well in all his endeavours and projects in the days and years to come. I wish the very best to him for great times ahead.
