Bipin Pandit, or Bipin Sir, as I fondly refer to him was one of the first people I worked under in my little career as an intern, for the ABBYs 2001. Never knew that Bosses could be so gentle, caring and fun to work for. As a person he is so meticulous and orderly – with his dairies and calendars to organize his life. I learnt about event planning from him and his wonderful team at the Adclub. I think a good leader makes a good organization, but Bipin has been fantastic! No wonder the Adclub is flourishing under his managerial expertise. As a human being, Bipin is very warm and courteous. Not to forget his unique vocal talents which he utilizes to touch many a people’s lives. Even though I was a fresher from an event college he treated us with utmost respect and trust which was a motivating factor. And glad to say that today he is not just a mentor but a friend and someone whom one could look up to.
